In today's fast-paced digital world, email overload is a common challenge. Users struggle to keep track of important information and deadlines buried within lengthy email threads. Or even worst, you don't know what to wrote back for your email.
Apple emails are known for their clean lines. However, Apple has been slower to adopt AI features compared to its competitors. In this redesign challenge, I used a 'what-if' scenario where Apple utilizes the latest version of its design language Spatial Design applied to macOS with AI features to enhance user functionality.
The introduction of Apple Vision Pro presents exciting possibilities for enhancing the functionality of the macOS email application. By integrating the design language associated with Vision Pro, I want to create a more streamlined and visually intuitive user experience within the email app.
The challenge with design in spatial design is that the design only applies to an actual spatial space where light reflects through the components. In contrast, on a Mac, the components reflect the color of the wallpaper.
